Four ways
we work.

AI strategy, custom development, automation, and launch support. Every engagement starts with clarity and ends with a system your team actually uses.

AI Strategy & Advisory

Before we build anything, we help you see clearly. We sit with you, understand your operations, and map where AI can make the biggest difference. Every engagement starts with a 2-week AI Opportunity Audit, so you commit budget to a plan instead of a guess.

  • 2-week AI Opportunity Audit
  • AI consultations and workshops
  • Strategic roadmapping
  • Opportunity identification and ROI modeling
  • Build-vs-buy and vendor guidance

The outcome: You walk away knowing exactly what to build first, what it will cost, and what it should return.

Best for: Leaders who know AI matters but want an honest, prioritized map before committing budget.

Intelligent Systems Development

This is the build phase. Mobile applications, custom AI agents, and full platform builds. We do not just write code. We engineer systems that are structured, maintainable, and designed to grow with you, so the thing we ship is still serving you years from now.

  • Mobile applications
  • Custom AI agents
  • Full platform builds
  • API and systems integration
  • Architecture and maintainability reviews

The outcome: A working system in production, documented and owned by you, with no black boxes.

Best for: Companies with a validated opportunity that need a production-grade system, not a prototype.

Automation & Optimization

This is where we remove the friction. Workflow automation, process redesign, and system optimization. If your team is doing something manually that a machine could handle in seconds, we fix that, and we measure the hours it gives back.

  • Workflow automation
  • Process redesign
  • System optimization
  • Tool and platform integration
  • Team training and enablement

The outcome: Hours back every week, fewer dropped balls, and a team focused on work that needs a human.

Best for: Teams drowning in manual work: intake, scheduling, follow-ups, reporting, document drafting.

Launch & Growth Support

We do not hand off your product and disappear. For clients who build with us, we drive adoption from day one. Brand positioning, go-to-market strategy, launch campaigns, and ongoing growth support, so the market actually sees what we built together.

  • Brand positioning
  • Go-to-market strategy
  • Launch campaigns
  • Ongoing growth retainers
  • Analytics and iteration cycles

The outcome: A launch with a plan behind it, real adoption numbers, and a growth loop that keeps running.

Best for: Teams shipping a product we built together who want momentum from the first week.

Launch & Growth Support

Why teams hire one partner instead of three vendors.

Most AI projects involve a strategy consultant, a development agency, and a marketing firm who have never met. The gaps between them are where projects die.

Strategy and build under one roof

Nothing gets lost in the handoff between a consulting firm and a dev shop, because there is no handoff.

Senior people only

The team that scopes your project is the team that builds it. No bait and switch to juniors.

We run our own products

Litwork and ROAM BLK keep us honest about what production, adoption, and growth really take.

Honest recommendations

If the math does not work, we tell you before you spend. Sometimes the right answer is not yet.

Questions buyers actually ask.

How much do your services cost?

Every engagement is scoped individually after we understand your operations, which is exactly what the 2-week AI Opportunity Audit is for. On a 30-minute strategy call we will give you a straight answer about whether your budget and your goals line up.

How long does a typical engagement take?

The audit takes two weeks. Automation projects usually run four to eight weeks. Full system and platform builds run three to six months depending on scope. Launch and growth support is ongoing, structured in monthly cycles.

Do you work with the tools we already use?

Yes. We integrate before we replace. Most engagements connect your existing CRM, scheduling, accounting, and communication tools rather than forcing a migration. We only recommend replacing a tool when it is genuinely the bottleneck.

Who owns what you build for us?

You own the final outputs and systems we deliver. OLANG retains ownership of our underlying internal tools and methods, which is what lets us keep improving them for every client.

Do we need technical people on our team?

No. Most of our clients do not have engineers. We handle the technical side and train your team on everything we ship, with documentation written for the people who will actually use it.

What happens if the audit says AI is not worth it for us yet?

We tell you that, along with exactly what to fix so the answer changes. There is no obligation to build with us after the audit, and we would rather lose a build than sell you one that fails.

Not sure which service fits?

In 30 minutes we will assess your situation and tell you honestly where to start.
